BPSA becomes OSG

In 2020, the Baden Powell Service Association announced that we would be making a change to our name. After months of work, debate, and voting, we have arrived at our new name: Outdoor Service Guides, or OSG for short.

This change allows us to set a new direction for our organization that aligns with our desire to be fully inclusive while teaching leadership, community service, and stewardship of the outdoors. All while we do all the cool things of hiking, camping, kayaking and so much more with our youth programs!

In the near future, our web addresses, Facebook groups, and more will be making changes to align with the new name. Our handbooks, logos, and badges will also gradually change to this new name. This new process will take time, but we are excited to do the work!
